Sapphire Restaurant and Oyster Bar would like to invite you to hold your private party or group event with us. Our contemporary styled dining room, spacious deck and fantastic views over Gore Creek are the backdrop for a wonderful time. At Sapphire, we have the perfect setting for private gatherings both large and small. Our private dining room is available for smaller groups of up to 40 people, or the restaurant itself is available for a complete buyout for the larger group function.
Sapphire Restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of Vail Village, within walking distance of many of the areas lodges and hotels. Our proximity to the Vail parking structure and transportation center also make us easily accessible by car or bus from Avon, Beaver Creek or Edwards.
Open year round, Sapphire is always available for private groups. Our size and schedule provides a wide range of flexibility to better accommodate private groups during the shoulder seasons of spring and fall. If the high seasons of winter and summer are the targeted time for your event, Sapphire will provide your group with the best available options to choose from during these busy months. **(Pricing may vary by season.)
If appetizers and hors d'oeuvres are your forte, allow Sapphire to arrange a fantastic cocktail party for you. In the warmer months, our large deck above the Gore Creek creates the setting for a magical experience in the Vail Valley. For Sapphire's diners, our "seated" group prices most often include a starter, choice of three entrees and a dessert. Depending upon the size of the group we are very willing to create the special meal just for you. In addition, our wine experts will gladly help you select the perfect wines to compliment your meal. Alcohol, sales tax and gratuity are additional.
